I used to interview elite bodybuilders on their training and eating to live and he did it for years and years. A recurrent theme kept appearing to speak when he went to diet and nutrition was the amount of food outside the top bodybuilders packed on a daily basis. These men teach their bodies how to handle continually greater amounts of calories without becoming fat. Contrast this with the typical obese person who eats one meal a day and adds body fat at the drop of a hat. I am working with a team of obese people and with great success using modified bodybuilder eating tactics to help obese people lose body fat.

The first order of business for obesity is to establish a multiple meal schedule. The obvious advantage of this strategy is to divide the daily calories into smaller pieces. I require the obese to eat every three hours and, in general, works to five day supply. Second, insist that the cleanliness of food choices. Some foods are easily converted into body fat (sugar in food, artificial foods and saturated fats) and some foods are almost impossible for the body to convert fat (lean protein, fibrous carbohydrates). The body’s metabolism kicks into high gear to digest protein and fiber – creates what is called the thermogenic effect of food. Body temperature increases when the digestive system is faced with the difficult task of breaking the difficulty of digesting protein and fiber.

Multiple foods allow the body to deal with fewer calories in a whole session and the repeated practice of eating 5-6 meals a day teaches the body to become experts in digestion and food distribution. To eat better 3000 “clean” calories a day divided into six to five one hundred calorie meals 1500 calories a mega-dirty fast food meal.

The results are astounding when the obese buy in focus. I have a man who has lost 40 pounds of body weight in 40 days, while adding 12 pounds of muscle. He started yesterday weighed 240 and 200. This is much more impressive because they lose muscle in the process, added muscle in the process. This ex-athlete was not loaded with the muscle memory is a 48-year-old man with zero weight training experience.

Bar obese people lose calories just as much of fat and muscle and finally as miniature versions of the same fat contractual. This modified approach bodybuilder melts fat while adding muscle: the obese eat more and feel as a direct result and vibrant energy in the process. Contrast this with calories Slasher feels private, and continually denied the verge of a binge. A person who eats healthy food every three hours is far less likely to blow drunk and poor diet that some obese people who subsist on 1,200 calories a day. The hunger for calories obese individual has set its upper limit of calories so low that eating a chocolate bar or a bowl of cold cases to add five pounds in 24 hours.

Add functional and building muscle strength allows the obese person to become experts in mobile and climbing steps, going from a low chair and feed mostly about. Compare this with the calorie-slasher that actually weakens his already weak body. Those who depend on the deprivation body to activate the loss of weakening the immune system and continually contract colds and disease.

Those living in 1000 to 1500 calories a day live in a stressful world psychological denial. A person who has raised your metabolism and consumes 3,000 calories a day can absorb an occasional binge now, much better than a hungry person, I let my people a cheat meal once a week: This allows them to be free psychologically. The interesting thing about the food of tricks (no day of tricks – tricks food) is that “being good” the other 6 7 / 8 ’s of the time the sweet, fat and junk they want and can eat are rejected by the body and typically results in diarrhea.

I train five obese people who currently work with – a man and four women – and everyone is also experiencing dramatic results: everyone is losing some fat, while building functional muscle and eat more food than they did before started the process. This counterintuitive approach – eat more to lose fat – was torn from the playbook right champion bodybuilders and can be used to great effect by anyone interested in losing fat while adding muscle.

The lack of vitamins in the diet result in various deficiency diseases. Vitamins do not provide energy or matter but involved in their use in the synthesis and maintenance of tissues and in countless metabolic processes. They are indispensable in the daily diet for healthy people.

They are divided into two (2) groups:

Water-soluble vitamins
* Not stored in large quantities
* Requires regularly in the diet

According to a recent study published in The FASEB Journal, found that diets rich in omega-3 protects the liver from damage by obesity and insulin resistance.

This research should be taken by doctors and nutritionists as valuable information, in recommending the formulation of diets for weight loss and help explain why some obese patients are more likely to suffer complications associated with obesity.

As we know omega-3 can be found in fish and canola oil, “the study demonstrates for the first time that lipids resolvins called protectins and derivatives of omega-3s may reduce the incidence of liver complications, such as steatosis liver and insulin resistance, obesity, “said Joan Claria, a professor at the University of Barcelona and one of the researchers involved in this work.

The scientists found that two types of lipids in omega-3, “protectins and resolvins” were the cause of the protective effect.

In reaching this conclusion, studied four groups of mice with an altered gene being why obese and diabetic.

One group received an omega-3-enriched diet and the second group received a control diet, the third group received docosahexaenoic acid, and the fourth received only lipid resolvin.

After five weeks, blood serum and liver from test samples of mice were examined, those with diets rich in omega-3, had less liver inflammation of insulin and improved tolerance, caused by the formation of protectins and resolvins omega-3.
