Emotions at hungry

The emotional states lead us to overeat and often uncontrolled and large quantities of food, usually by flowing comfort in junk food, as a response to moods, rather than the natural hunger.

These emotions affect hunger stimulation under these conditions:

1. Ira
If you are angry with yourself, another person or situation, to drown his feelings is easier to stifle them with food, to deal with the problem itself.

2. Desesperanza
When you come to believe that: “Nothing really matters anyway,” Nothing in life is to change or improve for me, is when we come to the conclusion, why should I care about my health or weight? Also eating makes me feel better. (the extreme sense of hopelessness that are typical of chronic depression).

3. Falta control
When you think “My life is out of control – There is nothing about what might have it – Everyone around me is beyond me, except eat, I can eat whatever you want, whenever and I will.

4. Feeling neglected
Perhaps you’ve accomplished something exceptional at work and nobody has noticed, or maybe you made a personal achievement that had dreamed of for years, but nobody shares your pride at home.

So tempted to congratulate yourself, looking for food or drink, the remuneration that is not otherwise.

5. Boredom
It is when we think, “Nothing to do – No place to go – you are lonely – There is nothing in the house to occupy your mind or your time.

But there is a pantry full of food that occupy the time available.

If you enter any of these five profiles, try to sit down with paper and look for ideas to find alternative behaviors to avoid the outcome to the food, if you can not control any of these emotions by yourself, get help and avoid harm your health .
