The reason why people reduce weight is not just to look good, but also to avoid the dangers of excess body fat and obesity. Weight loss helps you stay fit and healthy and also increases resistance power. Obesity is a health disorder and can cause heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Obese people’s cholesterol level tends to shoot. It occurs when the accumulation of body fat is more than up to 25% in men and more than 32% in women. One in three Americans processes extra body fat and the study shows that almost 20% of them obese.

If you are obese condition, you will notice breathing becomes a difficulty. The heart is the process of pumping blood arduous. Blood pressure increases and also become the biggest heart. When cholesterol levels shoots up, causing the deposit of plaque narrowing the arteries and raises blood pressure even more. This is a risk factor that can cause heart attacks. Obesity and a bad omen for elderly women

Obese women reach middle age can live up to 70 years but are far from being as healthy as women who maintain a healthy balance in their lives, according to U.S. researchers.

Thus, the study found that women were gaining weight since age 18, ended in the worst shape, the researchers said.

Most had some kind of physical or mental, more than a third had both chronic diseases and physical or mental limitations.

“As more and more Americans who survive to older ages and at the same time, gain weight, our results could be particularly important with regard to public health policy and clinical merit further investigation and confirmation in additional studies, researchers wrote in the British Medical Journal.
