The reason why people reduce weight is not just to look good, but also to avoid the dangers of excess body fat and obesity. Weight loss helps you stay fit and healthy and also increases resistance power. Obesity is a health disorder and can cause heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Obese people’s cholesterol level tends to shoot. It occurs when the accumulation of body fat is more than up to 25% in men and more than 32% in women. One in three Americans processes extra body fat and the study shows that almost 20% of them obese.

If you are obese condition, you will notice breathing becomes a difficulty. The heart is the process of pumping blood arduous. Blood pressure increases and also become the biggest heart. When cholesterol levels shoots up, causing the deposit of plaque narrowing the arteries and raises blood pressure even more. This is a risk factor that can cause heart attacks. According to the New England Journal of Medicine, body fat reduction is more effective than any drug therapy as a modulator of cardiac structure.

Almost 25% of problems related to heart and related vessels are caused due to obesity. Clinically, it shows that cancer and body fat are related. Fat is considered storage areas that carcinogenic substances are chemicals that cause cancer. This can occur in women and men. Obesity alters the hormonal balance and can confuse insulin production and absorption of blood sugar. The excess amount of sugar in the blood is converted into fat. All this leads to diabetes and diseases related to the gallbladder, intestines, osteoarthritis, and stroke. On average, people tend to gain one pound every year after age 25. By the age of 50 who would have gained 25 pounds. This slows down metabolic rate and causes fatigue. At the same time, if you do not exercise you will gain more weight which is risky. These are the main negative effects of obesity, in addition to fatigue and low resistance and incompetence in physical activities.

A sedentary lifestyle also contributes negatively. Thus, in order to avoid this is better for keeping a healthy lifestyle. Less use of oil and dairy products, foods low in fat and water intake keeps your metabolism in good condition. A good and effective exercise regime and periodic review of health status helps to assess body condition and adjust your eating better and exercising patterns accordingly. This can be easily accomplished with the help of an experienced trainer or through counseling. So follow a weight reduction program and go on a diet to avoid fattening foods, the same will contribute significantly to reducing obesity. Believe in natural weight reduction and do not force your body to do so. At the end, things will fall into place and you feel fresh and healthy.
